I have been having problems sleeping of late and got the recommendation to go and see Blessing. I can safely say this is one of the best decisions I have made to come here. I have gone from not sleeping at all, and having little to no energy, to being able to wake up and feel fresh for once. On top of this Blessing is as lovely a person you could possibly meet which just makes the whole experience even better. The room is a clean, tidy and very easy to relax in. A week ago I was in agony with back pain. I couldn't walk or bend at all such that I ended up in A&E but the GP gave me Cocodamol tablets and Voltarel gel. I was advised to rest my back. I didn't like taking the tablets for fear of side effects. So I took Paracetamol tablets and rubbed my back. This didn't give much relief. My son recommended a back massage. I was initially very reluctant as I had previously had a full massage which was so painful and I didn't want more pain. With persuasion I agreed to go to Soothing Strokes Therapy. I received an amazing treatment. The reception was wonderful. A thorough assessment done and the treatment was so soothing. I immediately felt my muscles relaxing. The next day I could get up and walk. Now I am completely fine. Thanks to Thando who gave me awesome treatment. I highly recommend this service to anyone with back pain. Precious.
